Join the group classes Regardless if you are an absolute beginner or a seasoned practitioner, stiff as a board or flexible, you will get individual attention in our small group classes. Clear and easy instructions guide you safely through the poses. I teach six-week sessions, each with a specific focus.

Additionally, you receive written instructions for the current poses, assignments, and the bimonthly informative newsletter.
$42 for one session in Deming (six times 60 minutes) $70 for two sessions simultaneously in Deming (two times 60 minutes)
$90 for three sessions simultaneously (three times 60 minutes)
Create a class Doyou have friends who would like to do yoga but cannot attend class? Share your enthusiasm for yoga and invite them into your home or on the golf course for a semi-private class! You provide the setting and I teach the yoga.
$55 per 60 minutes for up to five participants
